**Job Summary: Desktop & End User Support Specialist**
Need local to PA
Direct client
Hybrid/Remote role
**Key Responsibilities**
– Provide daily technical support for DLI HQ, Harrisburg offices, and remote OVR field support.
– Manage incident and change management using ServiceNow.
– Support assistive technology software (JAWS, Zoom Text, Dragon Naturally Speaking, etc.).
– Conduct hardware and software diagnostics, installations, and troubleshooting.
– Ensure effective communication and customer service.
**Qualifications:**
– Minimum 2 years’ experience with assistive technology hardware/software.
– Minimum 4 years’ experience in desktop and end-user support.
– Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows OS, and MS Office.
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
– Ability to lift and transport equipment.
**Skills:**
– Expertise in asset management systems.
– Proficiency in software installation and workstation imaging.
– Knowledge of VPN setup, Active Directory, and video conference equipment.
– Capability to resolve technical issues over the phone and under pressure.
